Portion size for coho salmon and sablefish will be between 5 and 7 ounces. Portion size for halibut is 7 to 9 ounces. Weight on the rockfish fillets will be around 12-16 ounces for single package or 2  lingcod portions in the 6-8-ounce range. Each of these portions is individually vacuum-sealed for maximum quality and convenience. (The rockfish fillet might be a single large fillet or several smaller fillets).
