Easy Salmon Burger Recipe

Megan’s Easy Salmon Burger


1 pack of Easy Salmon

1 egg

1/4 to 1/2 cup Panko

1 TB Garlic powder

1 TB olive oil

3 green onions, finely chopped

A few sprigs of dill

1 bunch arugula


Take 1 pound of easy salmon and make into 4 burgers by cutting into 4 equal pieces and then smashing together.

Crack an egg into a bowl and dip each burger into the bowl.

Put the Panko, a little bit of dill, Old Bay, and garlic powder in a bowl and dip each burger into the Panko mixture.

Cook in a pan with olive oil on the stove at medium to medium-high for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Place some sharp cheddar on top and wrap in a ciabatta bun with some arugula. Add Hollandaise sauce for something special.
