As a fishermen-owned co-op, we take great pride in the quality of our seafood. This quality comes from each fish being caught using artisanal hook and line fishing methods. These methods are sustainable in the sense that by-catch is reduced. But they also give the fishermen more time to take great care of each fish. Each fish is caught one hook one fish at a time. Our wild-caught king salmon, halibut, coho salmon, and sablefish (otherwise known as black cod) are our core products. They are also our most popular products.
