These Smoked King Salmon Bellies are cut from our line-caught wild king salmon. The belly meat will be the fattiest, oiliest and most tender part of the salmon and an absolute treat. The belly is the part of the fish with the highest omega-3 content.

Our light smoke preserves the belly's lusciousness.

These smoked king salmon bellies come in individually sealed packages weighing 9 to 11 ounces ounces. Each package contains 3-5 smoked king salmon bellies. These king salmon bellies are rich and very filling. You will want to share these with friends.

*Note these king salmon bellies will have skin on and some cartilage around fins.

These smoked king salmon bellies will arrive frozen and you can store frozen. We recommend thawing in your fridge for at least 24 hours. Ideally, you thaw an additional couple of days so that oils can settle. (Keep in fridge for no longer than about 7 days before serving.) Let stand at room temperature. And you can either serve with fruit and crackers as an appetizer.

Ingredients include: wild-caught king salmon, organic brown sugar, organic cane sugar, organic soy sauce, sea salt, alder wood smoke.
